"I'm Afraid I've Been Busy"

^ Doesn't that sound quite British? I'm working on the Brit alter ego, and if I do say so myself it's comin' along quite splendidly. We've been here since Thursday and haven't stopped yet! Our first days included orientations, meetings, and lots' of walking around getting our bearings. I'm about as directionally challenged as they come so I still have no idea how to get anywhere except the grocery store and bank right down the road. Here's a picture of our street and the outside of our buildings.

It is so beyond beautiful! We are in such a wealthy area of London called Bloomsbury (you gotta say the "bury"really fast). It's just a short walk to the British museum, which is incredible. Let's see, what else have we done?!?!?!? OHHHHHH I DON'T KNOW.....just walked around to Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, The London Eye, Westminster Abbey, and a few other places I can't really think of right now. So much stuff in just four days! My camera has died from that day so I will upload those pictures when I get that charged. Can't wait to show more ya'll more pics (the ya'll doesn't quite work over here).

So our first day of class was today and it was....kinda painful, knowing that this incredible city is right outside that we have barely explored. Tomorrow some of us are going on a site visit Lloyd's of London and starting a C.S. Lewis book study group. We have already done some homework and seem a play today and are now gathered around playing games in the flat. Such a great time! Cheerio and Love you OLLLL!!! I'll be back with more pictures!
